🤔 What Are Hub Pages?
Hub Pages let you break your Advocacy Hub into distinct sections — just like any other website. Instead of one long scroll, you can organize your content into separate pages for different campaigns, audiences, or topics, and link them together through your Hub Navigation.
Each page can feature actions, events, donation pages, and interactive widgets that your advocates can engage with directly.
📍 Where Do I Find Hub Pages?
Log into your AdvocacyAI account, navigate to the Hub section, and click Hub Pages.

From here you can:
- View any existing published pages
- Access any drafts in progress
- Create a new page by clicking the Add Page button

🎨 Creating a Hub Page
Name Your Page and Set Visibility

- Click Add Page button to get started.
- Name your page.
- Decide the page visibility. A page can be Members Only (visible only to logged-in advocates) or open to everyone.
- Click Create Page to continue.
Tip: Establish a consistent naming convention early. Clear, descriptive page names make it easier to manage your Hub as it grows.
Design Your Page
Click Edit Content next to the page you want to build.

Use the Add Section button to include content blocks. You can add:
- Content sections
- Feature widgets like: Actions, Events, and Donation Pages
- Interactive sections that advocates can engage with

Preview Your Page
Once your design is in place, click View Page to preview it live.

You'll see a banner indicating the page is still in draft mode, indicating that nothing is visible to the public yet.

Tip: Check your layout, content, and preview any links before publishing.
Publish Your Page
Once your page is ready, go back to edit the page and click the Publish button to make it live on your Hub.

✏️ How to Edit or Unpublish a Live Page
Need to make changes after a page is already live? No problem. Go back to Hub Pages and you can:

- Edit Content: update text, sections, or widgets at any time.
- Unpublish your page: take the page offline while you make changes.
- Edit Page Settings: change the page title or toggle the Members Only setting.
- Delete Your Page: remove the page entirely. If an advocate clicks a link to a deleted page, they will receive a 404 error.
🔗 How Do I Share a Hub Page?
There are two ways to get your Hub Page in front of advocates:
- Share the URL directly — view the page and copy the URL to use in emails, social posts, or ads.
- Add it to Hub Navigation — include the page as a Navigation item so advocates can easily find it while browsing your Hub site.
