What Will You Need?
- Access to a MailChimp Account
- A MailChimp API Key - check out this guide from MailChimp to learn more
- A MailChimp Audience ID - check out this guide from MailChimp to learn more
What Happens After the Integration is Set Up?
Advocates that engage with your actions on AdvocacyAI will be added to the MailChimp audience that you specify.
Advocates who sign up for your newsletter on MailChimp will be automatically added to your list in AdvocacyAI.
🚀 Let’s Set It Up!
- Generate your MailChimp API Key in MailChimp (learn more about MailChimp API Keys here).
- Decide which mailChimp Audience you want your advocates to flow into, then find the Audience ID (learn more about MailChimp Audience IDs here).
- Set Up the Integration in AdvocacyAI.
- Log into your AdvocacyAI account and navigate to Account > Integrations.
- Scroll down to the CRMs section to find the MailChimp API Details.
- Paste your MailChimp API Key and Audience ID into the corresponding fields.
- Scroll to the top of the page and click the “Update Integrations” button to save your progress.
Your MailChimp integration is good to go!
